
Lara Fichera is an Argentine singer, double bassist and composer.
At the age of 4 he began his guitar studies at the Gilardo Gilardi Conservatory in La Plata.
His encounter with music was always playful and magical, growing up singing in his family's pub. Years later, he would discover the double bass while studying Fine Arts at the UNLP.
It was a time of searching and discovery. She was part of various jazz and popular music groups until her first EP, "EN EL FILO," was released with the "Lara Fichera Trio," alongside Andres Martinez on piano and Pablo Bianchetto on drums.

In 2024, Argentas Jazz Trio was founded with Yamile Burich on saxophone and Ornella Contreras on piano. Together, they performed prominently at the 2025 San Juan Jazz Festival.
Also in 2024, alongside pianist Andrés Beeuwsaert, they performed on prestigious stages, closing the 2025 Cariló Jazz Festival with “World Music and Jazz.”
On her journey, Lara Fichera has also shared the stage with beloved maestros and musicians such as Juan Falú, Luis Salinas, Néstor Gómez, Ricardo Ibarlin, Juan Salinas, Ricardo Pellican, Daniel Chapett, among others.
